Second Floor Studios & Arts will be releasing 17 new affordable Craft & Designer Maker studios this coming August. The 17 spaces form part of the Trinity Wharf building development, once completed it will house 55 studio units for visual and fine artists and craft and designer makers.

Prices: A 300 sq.ft. Craft and Designer Maker studio cost £299 pcm / £69 pw - fully inclusive (only extra cost is individual electricity use, which is billed separately)

All ground floor craft & designer maker studios are:
