Have you got a great idea you want to develop into a creative business but need help getting started?
If you want to create a plan, organise your finances or are confused about how to register as self-employed, CIDA’s Get Ready for Business programme could put you on the path to success.
What’s it in for you?
A combination of 4 workshops, panel discussions and one-to-one advice sessions will help you to:
• Take time out to plan for a profitable future
• Create goals and an action plan for the next 12 months
• Develop effective systems to manage your finances
• Identify and target customers who will help your business grow
• Register as a sole trader or Ltd company
• Build a network of like-minded creative business owners
• Increase business confidence
Who Can Apply?
Get Ready for Business is free if you live in East London and are either ready to launch your creative business, or have been trading for up to 18 months. Due to the nature of our funding, priority will be given to Tower Hamlets residents, but limited places may be available to those based in Hackney and Newham.
